Our Services
Youth Chess Nights at the Carver
Free dinner and dessert provided by Chick-fil-A (@ Congress & 6th in ATX) where youth play and socialize through chess and parents can take a break from cooking while their children play.
Each Month, we also do a chess demonstration and giveaway Black Literature that coincides with the chess lesson.
Joyous & Umlauf
We are ecstatic 🤩 to announce our collaboration 🤝🏽 with Umlauf Museum & Garden 🪴! We are taking our shared values of creativity and youth development to provide more Joyous Leaning experiences for Central Texas Youth
Now, we are inviting families to not only learn how to play chess ♟️ and explore the garden 🪴 but also expose youth to different art modalities for sculpting 🗿chess pieces!

Our curriculums and projects are created based on the interests and curiosities of the youth and parents we serve. We can utilize any genre, from Folk Literature to African-American History, to engage learners and strengthen their reading and writing ability in our joyous tutoring sessions.
